Best Dry Yelp review

Tom Petersen of Best Dry gave me a great price and did a beautiful job. A leak in one of the sinks in my master bathroom had caused water damage and mold in the vanity under the sink and on the floor and walls. I had gotten a bid from Gold Coast for almost $4000, but Tom Petersen did the job for $2000. Tom and his helper set it up so the bathroom was sealed off from the bedroom with a zippered door. They removed the wet parts of the cabinet and dry wall, disinfected remaining areas, and installed an air scrubber and dehumidifier for a three-day period. They were very careful to protect my carpet and Corian counter top. With the bathroom sealed off like that, the machines went about their business while I went about mine, and the experience was actually quite benign. When they removed all the equipment three days later, they left everything perfectly neat. Last, and one of the most important things to me, Tom was just so kind. Some contractors seem to want to scare you, but Tom was very reassuring when he looked the problem over, and he was totally professional from beginning to end.
